Perry Real Estate College's Broker Pre-License program consists of an Introductory module to explain how to access the course, 3 parts comprised of learning content, a real estate math review module, and 3 Final Exams. Each module covers a broad topic in real estate and includes lectures, activities, quizzes, case studies, interactive exercises, and tests. Modules begin with a virtual classroom that is broken down into 1-4 units. Each Module has required reading outlined at the beginning of each Module that must be completed before advancing to the next Module. Upon completing all units, a comprehensive Module Test will unlock that requires a 75% to pass. There is no limit on quiz and test retakes. Within the Modules, there are activities and case studies that reinforce the student’s knowledge. Your responses are submitted directly within the Module, and you will get feedback immediately following each activity or case study. Students may progress to the next Module upon completing the prior Module.

Perry Real Estate College (PREC) does permit refunds as long as the student complies with this Refund Policy. PREC shall issue a refund pursuant to a request for a refund by the student if (i) the student requests the refund within 14 calendar days of the enrollment date; AND (ii) Module 2 of the course has not been started. In the event that the student has started Module 2 of the course or requested a refund more than 14 calendar days after enrollment, PREC shall not be obligated to issue a refund.
PREC aims to serve all of our students’ needs. Upon enrollment, each course is valid for Six (6) Months from the enrollment date. Prior to expiration, students have the option to purchase a Three (3) Month Extension for $99 or a Six (6) Month Extension for $149.
Upon your first payment, you are fully enrolled in the course and have 24/7 access. Your card will be charged automatically bi-weekly or monthly depending on the plan you choose until you complete all payments. No certificates of completion will be awarded until all payments are made. Discount codes are not valid for payment plans. Refunds are not permitted after the course has been started.
